This will give us a price range for your home, but it will be the specific features of your property that let us narrow down a selling price that reflects a realistic value and a realistic time line to meet your goals.
One place for you to start is Zillow Real Estate online. Zillow compares home values and sales in various areas. While it is can be interesting, addictive, and offers some generic tools and information, it does not take into consideration the condition of the home, updates done or needed, and local trends.
